If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return it and request a refund. Below are the conditions for returning products purchased on mysugarnaturedrops.online:
A return authorization must be requested and approved within 60 days from your purchase date.
Return the item and then email us the tracking number so we can track your return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You must return the product within 14 days of receiving the return address.
To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be in good condition (not damaged or broken). All products—whether opened or unopened—must be returned with all original accessories included.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
